How do you know the referral came from me?

Register the company on the referral form, or CC partners@portrex.io on an intro email. The earliest registration wins.

What if the company was already talking to Portrex?

They are not eligible. We confirm acceptance within 5 business days and will tell you if the company is already in our CRM.

When exactly do I get paid?

By ACH within 30 days after the end of the month in which the customer completes 3 months (1 free month plus 2 paid months, all invoices paid). A W-9 is required before payment.

What if they sign up with fewer than 20 users?

No fee. A referral qualifies only when the company subscribes to the 20-user package or larger.

Do I need to be a company?

No. Individuals are welcome. A W-9 is required before we can pay.

Is there a limit on how many referrals I can make?

No. There are no caps and no minimums.

Do I have to disclose that I am a partner?

Yes. When you introduce a company, tell them you may earn a referral fee if they become a Portrex customer. A short, honest mention is enough.

Can I refer my own company?

No.

Is this exclusive?

No. The program is non-exclusive. Either side can leave on 30 days' notice.
