Portrex Referral Partner Program terms
These are the program terms we use to accept partners and pay referral bounties. They are the source of truth for this page.
What this program is
The Portrex Referral Partner Program pays a one-time bounty for a warm introduction to a residential home-services company. It is not a link or click affiliate program. Partners do not need to sell Portrex.
How to introduce a company
A partner introduces a company by submitting the referral registration form or by sending an intro email that CCs partners@portrex.io. Portrex confirms acceptance within 5 business days. The earliest registration wins. Companies already in the Portrex CRM are excluded.
What you earn
A partner earns $1,500 per referred company that subscribes at the minimum package (20 users, $4,000/month, first month free) and completes 3 months (1 free + 2 paid, all invoices paid). The bounty rises to $2,000 per referral once a partner has 3 or more qualified referrals in a calendar year.
When we pay
Portrex pays by ACH within 30 days after the month the 3-month period completes. A W-9 is required before payment.
Attribution and term
Accepted referrals have a 180-day attribution window from acceptance. There are no minimums. The program is non-exclusive. Either side can leave on 30 days' notice.
Who may participate
Individuals and companies may apply. You may not refer your own company. When you introduce a company, disclose that you may earn a referral fee if they become a Portrex customer.
